Manhattan is one of the biggest cities in US and home to some of the world’s most popular streets such as Wall Street, 34th Street, Broadway and Madison Avenue. The city is typically a thin, long Island and it is one of the five boroughs in New York City. It houses the world’s most renowned and brightest theatre and there is a Central Park, Guggenheim Museum, Rockfeller Center and World Trade Center. While there are so many things to do and seen in New York City, Manhattan is the city which represents New York to the world and sometimes even the whole of US is associated with Manhattan. 



Tourists spend weeks on this seemingly tiny island and do not exhaust what can be seen. Other landmarks in Manhattan include Brooklyn Bridge, City Hall, Woolworth Building, Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Grand Central Terminal, Times Square and United Nations Headquarters among others.


Museums in Manhattan are many and of every kind and you will find some of the US most fascinating museums located here. A stroll at Museum Mile along the Central Park will take you to Metropolitan Museum of Art which is among the most important and largest art museums in the world. Other famous museums in Manhattan include the Guggenheim Museum, Jewish Museum, City of New York Museum, El Museo Del Barrio, Whitney Museum of American Art, The Cloisters and American Museum of Natural History. 



A visit to Manhattan can never be complete without visiting the Central Park which is the most famous and largest ark here. You can do all the crazy activities here ranging from relaxing on the benches, boating, biking, sunbathing, and ice-skating and so on. New York City is regarded as the capital for fashion in United States and Manhattan is one of the world’s best shopping destinations. You will find unmatched departmental stores, specialty shops and boutiques and you can find almost everything here. Other shopping hubs are located at Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue that make Manhattan a famous shopping place.
